Founded in 1999, The Barefoot is Louisiana’s first and longest-operating medical spa devoted exclusively to foot health. Established as a clinical extension of podiatric care, it has evolved into a refined, waterless pedicure studio designed to support healthy, strong, and beautifully maintained feet.
Rooted in podiatric expertise, our philosophy blends clinical precision with elevated self-care. Every service is performed using sterilized instruments and carefully selected formulations within a hygienic, professionally supervised environment.
Services at The Barefoot are available exclusively to established patients of Dr. Edward Lang. Due to current demand, there is a wait list even for existing patients. As we continue expanding, we anticipate significantly reducing wait times in the near future; however, services will remain exclusively reserved for Dr. Lang’s patients.
