As co-founder of New Orleans Podiatry, Ahava has spent more than 30 years shaping a practice focused on patient experience. She ensures every patient feels welcomed, cared for, and fully informed throughout their treatment journey. If you have questions or concerns about your care, she is always here to listen and help.

With more than 20 years of experience in medical insurance and coding, Jeanne is the bridge between our patients and their insurance providers. She ensures claims are processed quickly and accurately, and she’s your go-to resource for billing or coverage questions. Outside the office, Jeanne is a proud mom of two and enjoys boating and soaking up the New Orleans sunshine with her family.

A New Orleans native, Jo-el brings local warmth and marketing expertise to the practice. She graduated from Louise S. McGehee School and the University of New Orleans with a degree in marketing. Jo-el is also our primary after-hours contact, available to assist with urgent questions through phone, text, or our online portal. And if you happen to call after hours, you might hear her energetic three-year-old “helping” Mom with work.
